Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before renting a vehicle from Bama Cars Rental. By making a reservation or taking possession of a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Rental Agreement
By completing a booking with Bama Cars Rental, you enter into a binding rental agreement governed by these Terms of Service. The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's licence that has been held for a minimum of two years. A valid credit or debit card in the renter's name is required at the time of pick-up.
2. Reservations & Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an authorised deposit as indicated at checkout. Prices are quoted in the local currency and include standard insurance coverage unless otherwise noted. Bama Cars Rental reserves the right to adjust rates for extended rentals or high-demand periods with prior notice.
3. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must only be operated by the named driver(s) listed on the agreement. Off-road use, towing, racing, or use under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location in the same condition it was collected, with the same fuel level. Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged accordingly.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up forfeit the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable. Bama Cars Rental may cancel a reservation due to vehicle unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control; in such cases a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
5. Insurance & Liability
Basic third-party liability insurance is included with every rental. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) are available as add-ons during checkout. The renter remains liable for the excess amount stated in the rental agreement. Personal belongings left in the vehicle are not covered by our insurance.
6. Fuel Policy
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than collected, a refuelling charge — including a service fee — will be applied to the payment method on file.
7. Late Returns
The vehicle must be returned by the date and time specified in the agreement. A grace period of 60 minutes applies. Returns beyond the grace period will incur an additional day's rental charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bama Cars Rental operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
